Our guarantee means that where you find a cheaper price on any power cleaning machines and power tools (includes power tools skins, kits, batteries and chargers) on blackwoods.com.au in stock and available to the general public in Australia, on an identical item that we stock for sale to the same location, we'll match it (subject to exclusions below).
This guarantee applies where the other vendor's final price on a particular day, inclusive of delivery, taxes, fees and charges, is lower than our price on the day that you notify us of the cheaper price.
EXCLUSIONS
· Excludes power tools accessories- drill bits, bags and blades
· Trade quotes, bulk quantities, contract prices or prices not available to the general public
· Clearances, stock liquidations, seconds, second hand goods, refurbished lines, or ex demonstration or display products
· Offers made through classifieds, online auction sites or by individual sellers
· Offers that require delivery from an overseas based distributor direct to the customer
· Advertising errors (either ours or a competitors).
HOW TO CLAIM
There are two ways to claim, you will need to ensure you have proof of the lower price (either an image that can be emailed or a website address).

Once verified, The Blackwoods team will process your power tools order at the lower price.
