Applications
 • Ceramabond manufactures two styles of Anti-Slip capping semi circular capping to suit 20mm and 25mm diameter rungs and U channel capping to cover larger diameters and rectangular rungs

Specifications

 • Fixing Instructions:
 • Clean off rust and loose particles
 • Wipe down with solvent
 • Apply generous spread of Ceramabond’s recommended adhesive to underside of capping
 • Press firmly into place
 • Wipe away excess adhesive and leave to set for 24 hours
 • The main foundation materials used on all Ceramabond products are Galvanised Steel 316 marine grade Stainless Steel and Aluminium
 • After the fabrication process all Ceramabond products go through a rigorous and lengthy pre-coat process
 • This prepares the surface to be coated with the ultimate level of preparation for maximum bonding
 • Layers of the highest quality specifically formulated coatings are then applied by hand and cured to give the hardest most long lasting anti-slip product available
