Features
 • High-tech proprietary coating provides superior performance & safety vs most other types of high-temperature blankets
 • Max Recommended Working Temperature / Exposure: 1200°c
 • Max Short Term / Momentary Heat Resistance: ~1600°c
 • Coating on both sides of blanket completely seals / impregnates base fibres, providing a smooth, non-hairy finish
 • Non-irritant, very safe, comfortable and easy to handle
 • Resists spark penetration between fibres that can occur with other blankets
 • Does NOT shed dust / fibres, which is an eye / skin / respiratory hazard associated with most other high-temp blankets
 • Does not give off toxic / harmful fumes when in contact with heat / flame
 • Smooth surface enables spatter and dross to cascade away, when used as a drape with blanket on an inclined surface
 • Strong, durable, tear-resistant, and abrasion-resistant
 • Lightweight: special coating allows WB1250+ fabric to be lightweight, whilst offering protection that would usually only be achieved with much thicker & heavier fabrics
 • Safer & easier handling and transport (1x23m roll weighs ~12kg), compared to other blanket rolls that can weight up to 50kg or more
 • Resistant oils and solvents (which can contaminate blankets and become a fire hazard)
 • Can be easily cut to any required length or shape using knife or scissors, leaving a smooth edge that resists fraying, and with no shedding of raw fibres that cause irritation

Applications
 • For protection against sparks, spatter, light molten metal splash, and intermittent flame
 • Suitable for protecting objects during grinding, welding, oxy cutting, gouging, etc
 • Not recommended for heat treatment / stress relieving (wrapping of heated objects to slow cooling). For this application, fabrics/blankets with a higher density / weight (such as Promax WB550, WB1000, or WB1100) are recommended for maximum heat insulation / retention
 • Withstands intermittent short-duration flame exposure
