Features
 • Seamless copper coated all positional rutile based flux cored wire
 • Nickel/Molybdenum high strength low alloy steel weld deposit provides excellent low temperature impact toughness
 • Specifically designed for use with Argon + 15-25% CO2 shielding gas
 • Excellent feedability and operator appeal
 • Weld deposits have self releasing slag, low spatter levels, good penetration and excellent appearance
 • Versatile all-positional welding characteristics are combined with improved mechanical properties and very low hydrogen levels

Applications
 • Downhand and all-positional welding of plate, pipe and castings made out of low alloy highstrength steels, such as grade S690 plate, X80 pipe, and Q&T steels such as Bisplate 80
 • Suitable for multi-pass thin and thick section fillet, butt and build-up welding
 • Ideal for fabricating and repair of mining and mineral processing equipment where high strength or Q&T steels are used
