Our priority is the safety and wellbeing of our team members and providing support to our customers during this challenging time. Blackwoods supports the measures implemented by the New South Wales State Government to restrict the spread of COVID-19 and restore health and wellbeing to all residents of NSW.
As we have had in place for some time, we will continue to offer contactless deliveries. This means you will not be asked to sign for deliveries. We have enabled our Drivers to take a picture of the goods left which will then be geotagged into our freight system, Myfreight, with time and location recorded.

PROTECT YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY FROM COVID-19 INFECTION
The most effective steps you can take is to ensure high standards of personal hygiene.
Why? Washing your hands with soap and water or using alcohol-based hand sanitiser kills viruses that may be on your hands. Washing your hands properly takes about as long as singing ‘Happy Birthday’ twice.
Why? When someone coughs or sneezes, they spray small liquid droplets from their nose or mouth which may contain virus. If you are too close, you can breathe in the droplets, including the COVID-19 virus if the person coughing is infected.
Why? Hands touch many surfaces and can pick up viruses. Once contaminated, hands can transfer the virus to your eyes, nose or mouth. From there, the virus can enter your body and can make you sick.
Make sure you follow good respiratory hygiene. This means covering your mouth and nose with your bent elbow or tissue when you cough or sneeze. Then dispose of the used tissue immediately and wash your hands.
