Features
 • NEMO® progressing cavity pumps are used in many industries to convey almost all types of media continuously, smoothly, with low pulsation and dosing in proportion to speed
 • These pumps are primarily used with media that have the following features:
 • Containing solids (max. solid size up to 150 mm) and free of solids
 • Low to high viscosity (1 mPas – 3 millions mPas)
 • Shear sensitive
 • Abrasive
 • Non-lubricating and lubricating
 • Aggressive (pH 0 – 14)
 • Adhesives or Toxic
 • Flow rates from just a few ml/h up to 1000 m3/h
 • Pressures from 6 to 48 bar (standard) or up to 240 bar (high pressure)
 • In addition, four different rotor/stator geometries are available to ensure the design is optimally adapted to the specific task
 • FSIP® design is fully compatible to the BY series and is designed to upgrade already installed pumps
 • Wearing parts can easily be replaced
 • Up- or sideward removal of the rotor-stator unit reduces installation space both with conventional stator and with eco-friendly iFD-Stator®
 • Rotor can be changed easily without initial torque
 • Various rotor/stator geometries and a large spectrum of materials
 • Robust and compact block construction
 • The right joint for any application available
 • Pump connections in accordance with national and international standards, as well as in specially designed models
