 • XDP2400 is a semi-synthetic, bacteriostatic fluid that is suitable for a wide range of operations on gray alloys such as steel, cast iron, and aluminum
 • The fluid contains a medium content of mineral oil, high lubrication esters and polymers, which provide excellent lubrication and cooling power
 • The product is free from secondary amines, boron, formaldehyde releasing agents, chlorine and active sulfur derivatives, providing a safe and environmentally friendly solution

Applications
 • XDP2400 is mixed with water by adding the concentrate to the water, creating a stable solution
 • The recommended dilution ratio is between 5-12%, with frequent ratios being between 6-7%
 • The exact ratio will depend on the requirements of the specific operation and the water hardness
 • Water hardness should be within the range of 50 to 300 ppm of CaCO3 for optimal results
