Applications

•  • XDP2100 is a semi-synthetic cutting fluid that is dispersed in water by adding a minimum of 5% concentration


•  • The ideal concentration is determined based on the complexity of the operation and water hardness:


•  • Medium hardness: 6%


•  • Hard water: 8%


•  • Very hard water (> 400 ppm of CaCO3): about 10%


•  • When working with very extra-hard waters, the fluid can generate a layer of salts to prevent excessive accumulation of calcium carbonate crystals


•  • To remove these salts from the product, it is recommended to use a paper filter
