 • XDP1000 is a high-performance cutting fluid that offers excellent lubrication and cooling properties
 • Made from refined mineral oil and specialized additives, it is suitable for machining various metals such as steel, copper, brass, and their alloys
 • With its high oil content, it ensures a smooth finish on parts and extends the life of tools
 • Additionally, it is compatible with a wide range of water hardness and free of chlorinated derivatives, boron, amines, nitrites, and sulfur compounds

Applications
 • XDP1000 is a concentrate which must be diluted in water with hardness between 50 to 500 ppm of CaCO3
 • Concentrate has to be added to water and not vice versa
 • The application concentration could be between 5% to 6% for light duty operations and between 8% to 10% for heavy duty ones
