Features
 • The Easy-Dose Mini cartridge is designed for fixed evaporative coolers
 • It contains an outstanding biocide BCMX, which was independently tested by a government body over a 4-year period
 • It was also granted a NSW health department approval for use in cooling towers

Applications
 • The Easy Dose Mini cartridge has been tailored for use in evaporative coolers with its size and dosing rates specifically suited for small water volumes up to 300 litres
 • The evaporative cooling system should firstly be cleaned
 • Once cleaned, the Sterile-Care Easy Dose Mini cartridge is removed from its plastic bag and placed in the sump or trough
 • For optimum performance, the Mini should be held under water long enough to sink to the bottom
 • Circulate the water for 10 minutes to allow any excess powder to give a shock dose to the system then drain and refill. When approximately 90% of the contents are used the cartridge will float to the surface indicating that its due for replacement
 • The Easy Dose Mini cartridges can normally be expected to last 2 to 3 months, but due to the tremendous number of variables affecting evaporative coolers, it is advisable to gauge the longevity based on observations taken from inspections of the site
 • As BCM-X is in tablet form, all the chemical is not lost when the system auto-drains (ensure that no water is allowed to drain down the roof)
 • Due to the variability in systems, it is important to check the Bromine residuals are not excessive by using Aqua checks, See testing information for more details
 • The recommended Bromine residual is 0.5ppm – 1ppm
 • As with handling any chemical, good house keeping practice’s are to be used
 • Avoid contact with skin and eyes by using PVC gloves and glasses
 • Avoid breathing dust and keep away from children
 • Avoid contact with other chemicals especially acids, and combustible materials
