Features
 • The MFLA3 is completely encapsulated within the lens body providing improved ingress protection and impact resistance
 • The strobe is available in the five colours red, green, yellow, blue and white
 • This allows the user to select a colour best suited for the application
 • The unit may be mounted on any free surface such as a sheet metal enclosure, using two M3 mounting studs
 • A gasket is supplied with the MFLA3 to provide IP66 ingress protection for the host enclosure
 • The strobe is easy to mount as it only requires three small holes, two for mounting and one for the leads, in the host enclosure
 • The MFLA3 is available in two supply voltage ranges, 4.0 to 7.88 volts for the MFLA3-06-xx and 8.0 to 12.6 volts for the MFLA3-12-xx
 • Both variants of the MFLA3 have very low current consumption at 15mA for the MFLA3-06-xx and 12mA for the MFLA3-12-xx
 • High intensity LED technology
 • IP66

 • The strobe type MFLA3 is a small explosion protected Ex ia LED based self-flashing strobe designed for general alarm annunciation applications in hazardous areas such as underground coalmines
 • These applications include visual warning alarms, visual prestart alarms, out of range process alarms and enunciators
