Features

 • Low modulus of elasticity
 • Can be painted with water-based paints once cured
 • Excellent resistance to aging and weathering
 • No shrinkage or bubble formation during curing
 • Excellent adhesion on common building materials such as concrete, masonry, brick, plasterboard, fibre cement board, ceramic & porcelain tile, wood, metals, glass, marble, and some plastics
 • Can be applied on damp or wet surface
 • Excellent UV and weather resistance
 • Meets Green Building Council of Australia low VOC limits for general purpose and architectural sealants
 • Non slump, non sagging in joints up to 30mm in width
